Shared line Group Not Ringing Members

Hello!

 

I have three users with Zoom Phone licenses but when a call is placed to the shared line number, it only rings one person. It should be ringing all three by default. I checked with the instructions to setup a shared line group and everything matched the suggested setup.

Hello,

 

Please create a new Zoom phone shared line group and add just two users. Test it using the Zoom client application (not the desk phone). If it works, add both desk phones to the same shared group and test it again.

We don't have any desk phones. It is just the zoom clients installed for both users. I will try to create a new group with the same settings. We had it working before with other users.

The new shared group is working for 2 of the three users, but it won't even ring the 3rd user. Almost seems as if her account isn't setup. I can't find any differences between a working account and the non-working acct. Any ideas on what I can check for?
