SLG Targets

Hi Everyone!

Whenever I add an SLG target, the target is added to every Role Member. I then have to go into every member and remove that target. I'm reaching 50 targets and this is very time consuming. Is there a way that the default is zero members and I can add members manually? In most cases I only want 1 or 2 members assigned.

Under phone system management and Share Lines. Find and select the SLG. In the SLG, you'll see members with a View or Edit option, click on that. From here, you can select all and remove every member. You can also add members by selecting add members at the top right corner. You can add one or multiple users and/or common area profiles. I have used the role for member and target management, and yes, it is very tedious.
