I have searched the community and see that the common issue here is business hours (which I have set to 24/7) for the auto receptionist and user and to make sure Greeting Prompt is disabled & Route to User (which I have done). Call handling is set up for Zoom Phone, Mobile, & Desktop for myself. I get the notification on my phone and desktop about the inbound call but it goes to voicemail within 1 ring. I also made sure I do not have any call queues set up.
I only have 1 phone number, one user (myself). I can make outbound calls without issue. I was receiving inbound fine when the phone number was set up. The only other community thread I could find on this was someone who said Zoom flushed the user cache and that fixed it for them??
I uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile & Desktop apps but the problem remains.
