Requiring 9 for outbound calling - Zoom Community

We want to require users to dial a 9 before making an outbound call like a traditional PBX.

Is this possible? We have a translation pattern that allows for users to dial 9, but it is not required.

Hello! You are correct that you cannot require a 9 to dial out.
What's the reasoning behind the need for 9?
