Hello,
I am able to receive calls, however, I receive an error message when making outbound calls: "my plan does not support this service" I am calling local numbers.

When you are receiving calls, do you happen to know if that number being called is assigned to you as a user, or if it's assigned to a Call Queue that you are in? Is the call you are receiving a call to a 10 digit number, or is it to your extension?
Can you confirm you have a plan assigned to yourself under Phone System Management? If so, what plan?

We are having the same issue. Incoming calls work fine on our Yealink desktop phones (and on our iphone zoom app). We can place outgoing calls with no problem from our iphone Zoom app. But when we attempt outgoing calls on the Yealink desktop phones we get the message "Sorry we cannot complete your call. Your service plan does not support calling to this destination." The only call we can place from our desktop phone is to our main number, which is then routed by the Zoom auto attendant to a selected one of our users.

My first thought after reading your comment is that your deskphones aren't assigned to your users. Are the phone added successfully? If so, are they assigned to actual users? One they're assigned, they'll share the service plan and allow outbound calls. Right now, it sounds like it's just letting you do extension calling which is a sign that it's not attached to a plan.
