Getting popup that Poor Network Connection. Audio quality may be affected when getting an incoming call on Zoom Phone.

How is the Zoom meetings quality ? Try troubleshooting using the new tool ( currently for meetings and chat, in near future for Zoom phone calls )

This will help you look at the connectivity/ network issues between your network and zoom.

you can also try Phone Network Diagnostics –

 

Runs a test to evaluate the quality of your network, it will request access to your microphone to simulate a call.
