We have deployed a number of Poly VVX 500 and VVX450 phones. It has come to my attention that a user can program the line keys for speed dials, but when the phone is rebooted they no longer show up.
I assume that we need to apply a provisioning template, but I have been searching for hours now and can not find any details on what should be in the template.
Anyone have any suggestions? Directions for me to look?

Hi Rick,
I would assume that the Poly phones work similarly to the Yealink phones that we have. For Zoom Phone, the Line Key/Speed Dials are setup at the user-level, which you can access as an Admin, or the user can change directly on the portal. Default Line Key/Speed Dials are not part the User Template set at the company level. Following is a link to the support article that describes how to customize the keys:

I hope this helps!

Hi @RickThering - just adding to @FORE-Craig 's answer: You can also specify line keys and positions for a single user by importing a CSV file: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4409814952973-Importing-line-keys-and-positions-using-a-CS...
There will also be a new feature on November 21 that will allow admins to update keys and positions for multiple users at once. Visit the above article on or after November 21 to learn more about that feature.
Hope that helps!
