Participant who uses dial up phone can't find phone number to use to join scheduled meeting
We had the same plan last year, No problem. A participant in Oregon got on using dial up. In the process of cancelling, and then resigning up, she cannot connect. We purchased thru Apple. I have the $149. plan but find there is no live help. I have researched, submitted a ticket with no response and do not know what to tell this participant. I am not a wizard. Can anyone help? Thanks a million in advance. Our meetings are Tuesday night. weekly
