I am wholly unimpressed with this so far. I ported a number in and received a confirmation email today, but could not get it to work. I can at least call out now, but it WILL NOT RING for incoming calls. Goes straight to voicemail...which I left a test message on, but it shows up NOWHERE. I also setup custom voicemail and that's not working either. On top of it, I tried to get support, and when I put in my meeting ID and pin, it tells me I'm not eligible to speak to someone! NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Sorry about your issues with getting zoom phone to work for you.
First, you should open a support ticket with zoom. Second, there are some things you should check which may fix your issues. I will list them at the bottom.

Go to My Account and select Support Dashboard
Click submit a request
Select Technical Support from dashboard
Fill out the request form and click submit. example info is shown below.
Things to check that may fix your issues.
- To check your connection to zoom and to test your audio. Dial *TEST (*8378) on your keypad. Were you able to connect and were you able to speak and hear a recording of your speech?
- Sign in to the Zoom Portal and go to Admin ->Phone System Management, Auto Receptionists, Main Auto Receptionist, Profile, Route to. Edit Route To option to select your extension from the drop down. Now incoming calls will be routed to your extension.
