Phone not ringing

I'm a single-person business using Zoom for meetings and for my phone. Zoom is linked to Outlook, so it knows when there's something on my calendar whether it's a Zoom meeting/phone call or not. 

The problem is that Zoom won't ring my phone when it sees any event on my calendar. Since I have to block off time on my calendar to get work done for my clients, it's now not letting the phone ring for large chunks of the day. Where can I find the correct setting to turn this off, so that the phone always rings unless I'm specifically in a Zoom meeting?

Are the meetings automatically placing your phone in DND

Yes, something is placing my phone in DND. It's also happening now when I don't have any meetings on my calendar.
