Zoom Phone App rings over native cell call

I have a couple users with Android phones that when they are on a call on their cell phone and receive a call on their zoom app it will ring through the earpiece and they cannot continue their native call until the zoom call is disconnected. Any help...

DND not showing as busy on BLF's Yealink T54W phones

When our users put their phones on DND it doesn't change their BLF on the rest of the phones to red so others in the company don't know they are not available.
