Phone feature "Live Transcript"

Can you save or print "live transcript" from Zoom phone calls? If they are automatically saved somewhere can someone please tell me how/where to retrieve the transcript?

Hi @JanOBIP! Currently, call transcripts from Zoom Phone calls can only be viewed via desktop app or mobile app however, this would be a great feature request. You can submit your enhancement requests, ideas, or general comments at https://zoom.us/feed. This way, we can review it for potential future releases.

How do I find the transcripts on my desktop?

Live call transcription

Admin must enable the feature for users to be able use live call transcription.

Users must turn on live call transcription in their phone settings.

While the call is in progress, users can see the live call transcription.

Also users call see live call transcription in call history.

CORRECTION

you can only access call live transcription from history if you also have call recording active during the call.
