Phone call not coming in or going out

All of a sudden we are not receiving phone calls for our business. When we call out it says "Sorry, we are unable to complete your call at this time." I have Poly phones and tried on Zoom app as well. It has been working fine for months and all day today until now.

you can test your connection to zoom phone by dialing *8378

Testing device audio – Zoom Support

 

this may be a network problem.  you can run speed test such as speed.measurementlab.net or speedtest.net.

 

you can also try on your cell phone using cell data rather than wifi.  for a test on your cell phone, turn off wifi and use cell data for the test calls.

 

depending on your plan, you may want to open a support ticket at

hi lisa12,

 

one more thing to check on your poly phone is registration status.

press home key->main menu->settings->status->line information.

you should see that the line and the server is registered.

Did this just happen this afternoon and are you located in California or the Western US? 

 

There was an issue calling into "US West California 2". Perhaps that it is the problem. See attached, and link to Zoom status page:
