We recently switched to a Zoom Phone system with Yealink phones. We have had an ongoing problem of customers calling, and we can't hear them and they can't hear us. I know this is not due to our internet, but wondering if anyone has had this problem, and more importantly, how it was corrected. Any ideas would be appreciated!!

Run zoom network connectivity tool for zoom phone from the ethernet switch that the yealink phone is connected to. you can also run ookla speedtest from the ethernet switch to see if the speeds are as advertised by your isp, no packet loss and acceptable latency and jitter.

Please check to see that required zoom phone and Yealink firewall ports are open.

Please check that the correct firmware is installed on your Yealink phones.
