Zoom Phone plans

Like many others here, I'm a long time Skype phone client looking to port my number to a new service. I live in Mexico and bought a US Skype number 9 years ago to make/receive calls and SMSs. I'm looking at the Zoom phone plans, and all I'm seeing are "Global Select" at $20/month and "Business Plus" at $26/month. In the forums here,  people refer to other plans "US/Canada Metered" and "US/Canada Unlimited" which are less expensive and suit my needs more, however, I can't find them on the site to sign up or read about the features. 

Are these plans still available? Where can I see them or sign up for them? Thanks!

to see u.s.a. zoom phone plans and rates, use the drop down to select calls from united states.

i suggest talking to zoom sales to discuss if it is possible to use united states plans, rates and sms when you are located in mexico.
