After setting my Zoom phone standard auto. answer I decided to start forwarding my calls to my answering service. My calls are not being forwarded. When my number is called, my old standard answer is still immediately picking up. Please help.

on zoom portal, go to personal->phone-> user settings-> call handling->edit

try these settings for your auto receptionist. change the route to from whatever you have to external contacts. you may need to add your answering service to your external contacts.
