Length of time before the Zoom Phone system answers an incoming call

It is taking the system 20-21 seconds to answer an incoming call to a Zoom Number. Why is this so long?
I want the system to pick it up immediately.
Is there a setting I can change to make this happen?

hi @ChrisLawrence

You can set business hours, closed hours and break hours and specify how calls are handled and or routed.  These hours can be set at the account level, site level and or user level.

If you set your business hours to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or custom hours, an incoming call to your telephone number during these business hours will ring on your zoom workplace client and or desk phone immediately (less than 1 second).  As soon as the caller hears the ringing, your zoom phone should be ringing.

Please see screen shot for my user settings.

If you are already on a call or have set your status to “do not disturb”, you have options as to how an incoming call will be handled in these circumstances.

If you are using an auto receptionist and or a call queue, you have options as to how calls are answered and routed.
