Keys and Positions

Hi 

We currently have Poly E400 phones that come with physical keys. I’m looking to assign BLF (Busy Lamp Field)  keys for all users. I’m aware that you can manually assign BLF keys by going to the user settings, selecting "Keys and Positions," and then making changes individually or uploading a CSV file. However, both of these methods can be quite time-consuming.

Is there a way to assign BLF keys to all users simultaneously, rather than doing it one by one? Any advice or guidance on a more efficient method would be greatly appreciated.

zoom phone has at least two methods of seeing status of extensiond on desk phones.

Setting up speed dial and busy lamp field (BLF) (zoom.com)

Using call delegation (desk phones) (zoom.com)

you may be able to use zoom phone provisioning templates based on poly parameter guide for poly edge e series.  you could contact poly for assistance.
