How to receive SMS messages to a Shared Line Group

We have purchased the Zoom Phone Power Pack licenses and added them for all users in the Shared Line Group. 

The users and the Shared Phone Line are all registered in the SMS campaign.

We are still unable to receive SMS messages on the Shared Line Group.
