Cisco 9800 series feature set

Considering the Cisco 9861. I looked through the feature list provided by  zoom. I see that aim call parking and group call pickup are not available on the cisco 9800 series. Any idea when/if they are coming? To clarify, aim call parking allows a blf key to be used to park a call and then another can retrieve it. With respect to group call pickup, if it is not supported, does this mean that these phones cannot answer a call the rings to a group? Thanks

hi @zoom908

I would contact cisco to find out if and when these features will be available for 9800 series desk phones running zoom phone.  In the meantime, you may consider hp poly edge e series and many Yealink models which do support these features and most other zoom phone features.

Some organizations are no longer using desk phones with few exceptions.  You may want to consider windows and mac desktop clients and ios and android mobile apps.  These clients and apps have advanced features and are free.  One large case involves  the university of California which reportedly got rid of most of its desk phones.
