Changing Voice Mail PIN

Our Front Desk Voice mail box has changed users and no one knows the PIN.  How can the voice mail PIN be changed?

phone system management > users & rooms > user settings > PIN code

Yes, you can view and/or change it.  Just follow the menus- 

phone system management > users & rooms > user name > user settings > PIN code
