Can I setup a line key on my poly phone that sends call into a conference line

I am working on a setup for on of our teams that fields lots of call, we are planning to use Poly e550 phones. Sometimes they need to be able to quickly escalate a call into a conference. The workflow of adding callers one by one using their extensions is to slow and complicated. 

Is there a way that we can setup BLF keys on each of their phones where they can send the caller immediately into an active conference? We would want the person transferring the call and others to have visibility that the conference is active and be able to easily join that call. 

Any other workflow suggestions welcomed. TIA

i think you may need a conference bridge also known as a meet me room.  to the best of my knowledge, zoom does not offer a conference bridge.  you should double check with your zoom account team and support.

one other possibility is to use cloud paging.

You can set up paging groups to contact multiple users at the same time.

Among other desk phones, HP/Poly Edge E series is supported.

Our organization had an onsite conference bridge audio server. Before we began to migrate to Zoom, we asked for an equivalent. Zoom's recommendation is to engage meetings for large conferences. I find the Zoom app has the best experience and quite easy to elevate a call to a meeting. If you'd rather do this on a deskphone, I recommend looking at a Zoom phone appliance which runs the native Zoom app and has the ability to elevate a call to a conference as well. The Poly e550's do not have this functionality.
