Hello,
my company recently obtained a phone to test on zoom for future office deployment. The phone model is a Yealink T46U. The problem is when we go into the device list and add device we can’t find this model number in the dropdown. We have tried both the zoom phone appliance as well as zoom rooms device.

Hi @joshroeda, I wanted to check in with you to see if you were able to successfully add your device. The device should appear in the navigation menu under Phone System Management > Phones & Devices.

It's on the list of certified devices. See link below. Additionally, I was able to drop down and select that model device no issue. I suggest you open a ticket with Zoom support.

Yealink T46u is a supported model. If you have admin privileges, you can add the device in Phone System Management.

Same for me. T46U does not appear in the drop down list. Were you able to find a solution?

Hi all, @CarlaA is correct here, after a while we were able to find it. It is not in the regular devices tab, you have to go to the Phone system management tab and then add it there.
