Limit access to one device for Zoom events

I created a paid event in Zoom events. However, it appears that registrants can login to the event from multiple devices. We want to prevent that so that paid registrants cannot share their login credentials to give access to a non-paid registrant. Is this possible?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @cconley_arvo.

You present an interesting question -- but in fact, it's sort of two questions posing as one.

You are correct, that Zoom Events does not prohibit a user from accessing an Event from more than one device.  There's no way around this at the Event level, though there are switches that can prevent this at an individual non-Events meeting or webinar.

However, while you can't prevent someone from sending their event credentials to another person, you can prevent the recipient from accessing the event.  For this, you need to enable Security at join -> Require Authentication, found under the Registration & join -> Links & event access menu in the Event access section:

This will force everyone who accesses your event to be logged into the Zoom account associated with the Email address provided by the registrant.

Note that the above Require authentication item is Security at join.  There is another option just above that which controls authentication at registration (but not when joining the event):

I recommend using the Sign in with Zoom or authenticate over email OTP (One Time Password) unless you specifically want to ensure that everyone who registers is registering with a valid Zoom user email, in which case you could use Sign in with Zoom instead.
