Hello,

I registered my LLC two months ago today and submitted my 10DLC brand the same day and it's still pending. How do I get this looked at/who do I have to talk to?

According to the Zoom Support Article dated 8/1/2025, you should address any questions you have about 10DLC campaigns to your Zoom account team.

Hey Eliot, thanks for responding. I've tried finding a way to actually contact Zoom and my account team but all paths just lead me to posting on this forum. If you can give me exact steps of how I can actually contact Zoom I'd really appreciate it!
