Zoom recording

Hi there,

I'm after some advice. I recently recorded myself giving 1-hour lecture whilst sharing PowerPoint slide decks with my video in the top right-hand corner of the screen. When I visited the recording, I can see that it captured my video in the top hand corner but is missing my slide deck - the screen just says "playing picture in picture".

Can anyone advise whether I have lost the content and may need to re-record?

It is not clear how you did the recording - local, cloud, or clip. Assuming you are doing a cloud recording make sure "Record active speaker with shared screen" is selected in the web portal, Check all web portal recording settings to be sure they meet your needs.
