Hi, we are hoping for some guidance. We are setting up zoom meetings, and adjusting the settings so everyone it muted as they come into the meeting. however attendees continuously unmute themselves and start talking over the presenter. Is there a way to make it so an attendee can not unmute unless the admin unmutes them?

Yes, go to "Host Tools" on the main menu bar and uncheck "inmute themselves". Best to do this before admitting anyone to the meeting, but you can toggle it at any time during the session.
