Zoom continues to record the shared screen after I click "Stop share".

This has happened the last two meetings I have recorded. It records the shared screen as normal, but then about halfway through the meeting, I stop screen sharing and continue the meeting live with my clients. However, the recording continues to show the screen share, frozen at the moment I stop the share, for the rest of the recordings. This is highly strange and interfering with my ability to work properly and share content with my clients.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks,
Joey

Hi @JoeyPaz

This kind of issue would need to be troubleshoot with our technical support engineers. We would have to look at the meeting ID on the backend and see if the cloud recording server had any issues. If they see any issues with the cloud recording server (which is separate from our MMR (multimedia servers)) then they could take this up with the Engineering team to find a solution. Are you aware on how to submit a support request to the Zoom team?
