Zoom Meeting Invite Dial In Numbers Missing

It's August 12, 2025 and we've noticed that recently the dial in numbers are missing in Zoom Meeting Invites scheduled via web or Outlook Add In. The only place we see the dial in numbers is if you click a link at bottom of invite text that says "Join Instructions". Has anyone else noticed this problem? We want the "Dial by your location" section to show in the body of the invite with our selected dial in numbers. We've verified under Account Management > Accounting Settings > Audio Conferencing we have our regular toll and toll free numbers selected and the feature is enabled.

Zoom support just got back to me and said Engineering removed the Dial In numbers from appearing on the invite - crazy. They are now only visible in the Join Instructions link. As a workaround, they provided me a .TXT file with the original HTML template and I was able to paste that in and go back to the old way. If you want the original format back, you may need to ask support for the HTML. I'll review and if it's anonymous enough I'll post it here.

We are seeing the same issue, confirmed our numbers, data centers, and made sure they were all enabled. The Dial by your location phone numbers are still not showing up in the invites. All of our users have Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus licensing.

It appears to only be a problem for plain text. We are seeing those that have the advanced setting for HTML Invite selected, they are seeing the numbers. I confirmed this. It's also only a problem for New Scheduled Meeting Invites, if you invite someone to a meeting in progress the dial in numbers appear. I see what the problem is. The templates located in Account Management > Account Settings > (Meeting tab) > Invitation Email Branding > Meeting Schedule Email is missing the Dial in numbers. Zoom must of changed the template?

Confirmed this behavior in my org as well

Thanks for the update NorCal! I'll reach out to our Zoom rep to see if we can get the same.

This just starting happening in the last couple of weeks.  It seemed to be such a new problem that I wasn't seeing answers/solutions anywhere.  I'm amazed Zoom hasn't posted anything!  We need the dial in option because a number of people on our meetings either don't good internet connections in their residences or are joining while away from home so they need to call in to the meeting.  What were they thinking!?  Thank you for keeping on Zoom for solutions.

I ended up opening a support ticket and asked for the original template in HTML. They tried making it look cleaner and although I appreciate that, I wish they would've also had a toggle option to bring back the original invite template, so we had the option of one or the other. Additionally, the information does still exist in the "Join Instructions" link.

'Join instructions' has been added to the Google calendar entry description, it seems. It contains a link to information on how to join the meeting. The link includes the paramater 'signature'.

Where can online documentation for this new change be found?

Is it safe to send this link to potential invitees?

Here's an obfuscated picture -
