We are seeing the same issue, confirmed our numbers, data centers, and made sure they were all enabled. The Dial by your location phone numbers are still not showing up in the invites. All of our users have Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus licensing.

Hi Eboone, Do you know if this is still the case? Ideally it would be awesome to utilize the auto-update switch for the outlook plugin like we do with the zoom installer.
