Well, what I started doing is adding a single occurrence of the 'no fixed time' meeting, dated 1-1-30. So I can always find them by that date. Although adjusting the date span on the 'My Meetings' screen is a little touchy in getting to that date.

Yes, please cut and paste whatever you think will help! Zoom Registration is great because I can send preliminary material to those who have registered. And a reminder notice on the day of the event.
