We are a church and we would like to use the same credentials to host the meeting from different locations. Currently anytime a different person or a different location is used a pass code is sent to the email account that is required for sign in as host. This really makes it difficult if not impossible for us to work with. Is there a work around or some other way we can allow multiple people to sign in as host for our meetings. Please note we only need one host for the meeting and each meeting will be at a unique time. So, only one meeting will be running at any time.

Always sign in on the same computer at the same location as host (this can be done using remote desktop software such as RealVNC). Then any other participants can be co-hosts. Also try the following:
