Is there an approach which would support staff that work from home and the office? For example, if Monday through to Wednesday were office days, I could offer either Zoom meetings or face-to-face meetings to clients. However, on Thursdays and Fridays when I work from home, the only option available to the client is a Zoom meeting.
In the ideal world, when the client is taken to the employee's Schedule, the calendar displayed would have icons (or similar) visible on each day that provides an indication of the type of meeting that is available. This would make it simple/easy for the client to select a day for the meeting based on their preference (ie. I really want to meet face-to-face).

Hi @CaptegraMK, thank you for posting to the Zoom Community!
You can use Zoom Workspaces to make this easier. On days you’re in the office (Mon–Wed), reserve a desk or meeting room in advance through Workspaces so colleagues know you’re available for face-to-face or Zoom meetings. On remote days (Thu–Fri), just stick with Zoom meetings. This way people always know your availability and the right meeting format without confusion.

Thank you @CarlaA but the requirement isn't for internal meetings. The goal here is to provide clients with access to the employee's schedule. To make the experience as frictionless as possible, the client will simply select their preferred day for the meeting, however given the day selected, may or may not have the option of booking an in person meeting.
