Connection to ZOOM

I host a class on ZOOM.

In the last few weeks on a regular basis I get chucked out, just a tiny blip of internet strength and it chucks me out.

It doesn't look professional and if I am recording, this is an added extra issue.

My internet provider says I have good connection and a strong signal.

I have a TP link connection as well to my desktop, so this should help with connection.

Does anyone else experience this problem?

Can I do anything to help with this?

It is frustrating it has just started happening in the last few weeks.

Thanks

Suggest you use an ethernet cable to connect to your desktop. Wireless has lots of issues.

If this works please click accept as a solution.

Thank you... But I do have an ethernet cable connection to my desktop.... It has never been a problem before, just the last few weeks.... I am assured my signal is strong, but there must be big blips in WiFi, and connection lost..... But thanks

Are you using cable modem or fiber or some other means to connect to the ISP? Strong signal is irrelevant if the connection is intermittent. Also remember that you share the ISP bandwidth with other users and high traffic can produce intermittent results. Cable networks are constantly in need of maintenance and that activity can produce interruptions. ISP connections delivered via an antenna are subject to environmental interference that can produce intermittent connections. As a communications engineer, without detailed info about the actual connection,  I can only guess. But your issue is not with the Zoom software.
