Still transcribing hours and hours later

Hi, I did a research interview today. Normally this works perfectly but today, the transcript function clearly is unhappy, to say the least:  7 hours later, it is still marked as "transcribing". This was only a 30 minutes recording, so not a "novel".
I can work around that and put the recording through Otter separately but I'd like to know if anyone has any idea what might have happened. Many thanks.

I am having this issue or a meeting that took place four days ago. My team has since successfully received the audio files and transcriptions for numerous Zoom meetings. Please help - Zoom tech bot was no help at all (waste of my time). I also tried to submit a ticket, but that was a dead end attempt. How do I reach a live person to assist?
