Show Profile Image When On Call

When I join a call, the box with my name is black.  Someone in the community said they logged in first the joined the meeting and their profile pic showed.  I have tried that.  Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  Today the pic was there then it disappeared.  Sometimes when I log in first then try to join the call it asks for a passcode.  Most of the calls I join don't have passcodes.  This entire process is tedious.  Is there not a simple way to join a meeting, set my disiplay name and have my profile pic show?  

During the meeting I clicked on my box in the call and selected change profile picture.  It showed my profile pic.  I selected save.  The box is still black.

Hi @jawjahgal welcome to the community! Suggest looking into @chrismenard7 reply on Profile picture not showing up when I join a meeting or turn off video and let me know if that helps! 🙂
