Scheduler not enabled after upgrade and payment. Support not available

I have a pro account. I upgraded the scheduler feature. Confirmed payment and feature added. When I click on scheduler it says I must pay. I tried chat support and said my account did not allow chat support. I tried to open a ticket and it was immediately closed. I am in a tech support doom loop. Please help
