Scheduled meeting are not showing up on my Zoom calendar

The meetings I am scheduling with clients are not showing up the next day on my Zoom schedule though the e-mail and meeting shows up in my personal e-mails. This is so confusing as when I schedule several meetings one of them might not show up or none at all? What do I do? I don't want to use the Zoom e-mails.
