I am a therapist and have been using Zoom for about three years.
I have had many issues since the platform changed to Workplace with its overwhelming amount of features (many of which are not required for professional private therapy sessions). I do not have the time to keep watching videos on troubleshooting.
The worst issue is that my new clients are getting very frustrated with persistent login problems, they are not able to simply click on the embedded link anymore. I have had to add on extra time at the end of the session due to the ten-minute struggle to connect easily. Unless I can sort this out soon, I will have to find a different video call platform.
Any advice would be welcome, please!
