Video feed not coming through

Setting up a new audio-visual system and having trouble getting video from a Vaddio AV Bridge to be recognized by the Zoom account.  We have set the video/camera source in the device hosting the Zoom meeting to be the Vaddio AV Bridge. We have a camera feed coming through the Bridge to participants in the meeting nicely. A separate feed of slides, including video components, is not showing up in the meeting. The host device just shows up as a black box to meeting participants. The audio is coming through clearly to the participant devices - but no video is shown. Video feed to other peripherals not on Zoom have both audio and video portions. 

 

We thought it might be some sort of copyright protection blocking - but this is happening with text slides in addition to video slides with audio components.

 

Current Zoom Client 5.9.0

26 frames per second video output

640x360 resolution video output

upload speed is 85-147 mbps

    Hey @AMcKee, Zoom will just recognize this as an ordinary USB input if set up correctly.

     

    I am looking into their product https://www.legrandav.com/products/camera_extension/onelink_bridge/onelink-bridge-for-vaddio-hdbaset-cameras/999-9595-000#sort=relevancy&numberOfResults=20 and see Firmware and Software for this. Have you tried installing that and setting up the camera?

    We run Zoom Room set up's and I have never been able to controll the Vaddio EasyIP camera with the ZoomRoom controller.  Has anyone done this??  I get video and we can select sources fine. But the camera will not PTZ.
