Giving someone access to host my Zoom Calls?

I'd like to give an employee access to host my Zoom Calls using the Meeting ID I've already created.

What's the best way to go about this?  I'm confused about the difference between Users, Groups, Roles & Contacts in Zoom's admin console.

Thanks so much! 💛

Sounds like giving the employee scheduling privilege access on your account would be the best option:

Hey, @mallorynowak.  The answer from @bstrelko isn't  wrong... but I'd add that Scheduling Privilege is normally used when there's an assistant or a colleague who will need to substitute-host often.  If you just need a one-off substitute and the substitute is on the same corporate account as you, the Alt-Host option might be more suited (and less work initially).

Note that both Scheduling Privilege and Alt-Host methods require that both accounts be on the same account and both be Licensed (paid) accounts.

If one or the other is not true (not Licensed, or not on the same account), then your only option is the Host Key method.
