Hey there. I'm looking to enable the Zoom AI Companion for certain users of our company. I tried going into the Account Settings and turning on the toggle switch but it doesn't stay on, it just goes back to off. I then get a message the settings have been saved.
I need to figure out why I can't turn this on, and then explore how to control access to only certain users.
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for this. I will try in a couple minutes.
Is there any way to only allow certain employees to use the AI Companion?

Just tried this and still doesn't work. Flip the switch and it goes right back to off. It does give us a green popup letting us know our settings have been saved but AI Companion remains off.

Yes @rdunlap , you can leverage Groups within the Zoom Administration portal to selectively deploy features (not just AI Companion) to specific users. This article may help you: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062584

yes @rdunlap but we have an Onboarding Center for customers looking to activate AI Companion that should help you with different assets including video guides walking you through how to enable AI Companion: https://www.zoom.com/en/products/ai-assistant/resources/onboarding-resources/?amp_device_id=03f56f48...

That's the issue we're having. I only see a single toggle switch on under the AI Companion. It's a lot different than what I'm seeing in the video.
