Hey everyone,

I am trying to find find a recording in the Cloud I did during a meeting.

As I was invited to the meeting, I jonied via the link provided and so I didn't log into my account. I pressed record on my end after asking permission and it said it would be saved to the cloud. I have tried to find the recording but cant find it on my page at the Web. I have a for free user subscription and have looked everywhere and read the help articles but they haven't helped. Does anyone know how I might find the recording?

Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @nadiascv.

Zoom Cloud Recordings always end up in the account of the meeting Owner, regardless of who is Host or who started the recording. If you were able to start a Cloud Recording, you would have had to be Co-Host or the designated Host.  Contact the meeting Owner for access to the recording.

If you were not Host or Co-Host and successfully started a recording, it would be a Local Recording (now referred to as a Computer Recording).  To locate a Local/Computer recording, see this Zoom Support article:
