Is it possible to somehow detect third party screen recording of the zoom meeting?

This is not currently possible to detect via Zoom Client.
You are able to add a watermark to your meetings so that if someone does record (and 'leaks') the meeting, you'll know whose connection was used to make the recording. Unfortunately, this will not help with real-time analysis of who is recording or if the recording is not distributed.

Are there any tools or addons that can help me detect third party software recording? Or is it completely impossible to detect the stream?

You would need to install some type of monitoring software on the third party's machine. There is no way to detect a far-end participant's third-party recording software from your computer alone.
