Can't log into zoom on my I-phone anymore

Randomly last month, whenever I click on a link to join a zoom meeting from a phone text or email , it takes me to my zoom app and then it just says 'waiting' until I get an alert saying 'Unable to connect'. make sure you are connected to the internet and your connection to Zoom is not blocked by a firewall or proxy. (Error code 5003). Even when I go to the app to sign in, same think happens. I have reported the problem and also called the zoom support number but can't get through to an actual person. Would appreciate any tips.

I assume everything else on your phone is fine?  I would try deleting the app, restarting the phone and then install it again.
