Hi,
I have a paid email-based zoom account. At some point, I also set up the google calendar so that I could schedule zoom meetings directly from the google calendar. Really neat, but I noticed that I couldn't attend or start the zoom meetings myself.
It took me a while to figure out that this is because the google calendar was connected to zoom via an unpaid account.
So now I have an unpaid google-based zoom account and an email-based, paid zoom account.
I want to link these together, and found the instructions on how to do so here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003-Zoom-technical-support
It says:
- Sign out of your Zoom account.
- Go to the Zoom site from your browser.
- Click on Sign In.
- On the Sign In page, click on Google.
- In the Link to your Zoom account page, click Link and Sign In.
Note: After clicking on Link and Sign In, you will be signed directly into your Zoom account. - In the navigation panel, click on Profile.
- Under Sign-In Email, verify Linked accounts displays the Google icon
This is all fine except I can't find the Link to your Zoom account page in step 5?
What to do?
Best regards and thanks,
Kim
