Issue with Non-Functional Tab in Zoom Team Chat

I am using the Zoom team chat on the PC app. A few days ago, I used the feature to add tabs at the top of the channel and added an existing document as a tab. However, yesterday that tab stopped working, and I can’t delete it. When I tried adding the same document again, it worked fine, and I was able to delete the new tab. I want to remove the non-functional tab, but I can’t, and it’s causing some trouble. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Do you know the cause or any possible solutions?
