Prior to Zoom launching an update to surveys, I could use a third party survey link to show after a meeting closes. I would select the survey tab and then use a third-party survey; that option is now gone. When I go to surveys on the left navigation, it only gives me an option to create a survey using the Zoom platform. Is there a way to add a third party link? The functionality was already enabled on my account via the main account holder.

Hello,
Here is what Zoom says about this as of 2024-01-10 04:28:35:
How to use a 3rd-party survey
Notes:
- The survey you want to use must be prepared on the 3rd-party service prior to linking for post-meeting use.
- Ensure that the Allow host to use a 3rd-party survey link option is enabled at the account level.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click the Meetings tab.
- Click the name of the meeting you want to edit the survey settings for.
- Click the Survey tab.
- Click Use a 3rd party survey.
- Enter the link to the survey you want to use.
- Click Save.
Note: Any valid link will work; links do not have to redirect to a 3rd-party survey to work.
Similar to a post-attendee URL, you can use the link to redirect the participant to:
- Watch a video of a working prototype
- Your company's website
- An order form

I'm also having trouble with this and this answer did not resolve my issue. Meeting Survey toggle is enable from the account settings but there is no "Allow host to use a 3rd-party survey link" checkbox on the account level and the survey tab within the meeting only shows the option to create a survey.

It seems like Zoom has a bug, because the only way I could expose the enabling checkbox is via a search within settings. More specifically, in your Zoom web portal, navigate to Account Management-> Account Settings and then in the Search Settings box near the top enter 3rd-party. In my search results, there is a checkbox Allow host to use a 3rd-party survey link.
