hi I am trying to set up bi directional integration between zoom and outlook.
In zoom I have gone through steps but keep getting this message when trying to authorise?
'your account may not support Microsoft Graph API'
I have ticked box 'authorize with OAuth 2.0 and gone through all steps - note password for microsoft is correct 🙂
Can you please help?

To fix the “your account may not support Microsoft Graph API” error during Zoom-Outlook integration, make sure you're using a Microsoft 365 work or school account, not a personal Outlook.com or Hotmail account, as personal accounts don’t support Graph API. Also, check with your Microsoft admin if Graph API access is enabled for your organization in Azure AD. If everything seems correct, try reauthorizing the integration in an incognito browser, ensuring “Authorize with OAuth 2.0” is selected. This issue is usually tied to account type or admin-level API restrictions.
