I understand two people can share their screen simultaneously in a Zoom Webinar. But my question is whether two people can simultaneously share 2 videos with sound. I used to set interpreter mode to share 2 videos but haven't found any way to share sound. I host a webinar and I want attendees to choose between 2 lines to watch video with original audio or with dubbing. Is it possible? Thank you.

The best way to do this would be to use an interpretation channel for the dubbed audio only and have the main video's audio pass through the main conference audio channel.
But no, 2 participants cannot simultaneously share video (via Zoom's content-sharing option) with audio.
You could theoretically run 2 video streams as participants using OBS/vMix/Manycam and then ensure that both participants disable all echo-cancellation, audio processing, etc, but I don't believe this convoluted method is necessary with the requirements you've given.
